On December 15, 2021, the company was approved to increase the "margin financing and securities lending" business.

In June 2021, the company was approved to carry out interbank lending transactions.

2020

On February 28, 2020, Shengang Securities Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd., an alternative investment subsidiary wholly-owned by the company, was established.

2018

On November 22, 2018, the company was approved to add "securities investment consulting, financial consulting related to securities trading and securities investment activities" business.

2017

In November 2017, branch offices in Tianjin, Chongqing, Jinan, Fuzhou and Dalian, and three securities business departments in Shenzhen were open for business.

In May 2017, the first batch of five branch offices of the Company were established in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Chengdu.

2016

December 23rd, 2016,the first branch of Shengang,Shanghai Century Avenue Business Department received the Permit to Operate Securities Business issude by CSRC.

October 10th, 2016, Shengang received the Permit to Operate Securities Business issued by CSRC.

September 6th, 2016, Shengang formally moved into its office on the 16th, 22nd and 23rd floors of Chamtime International Finance Center.

April 8th, 2016, Shengang completed the registration process at the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce, with a registered capital of RMB 3.5 billion Yuan, becoming the first securities company registered in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone.

March 16th, 2016, Shengang received the Certificate of Approval for Establishment of Enterprises with Investment of Twaiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Overseas Chinese in the People’s Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

March 14th, 2016, Shengang was established with the approval of CSRC, as the first Sino-Foreign jointed securities company under the CEPA Framework.
